The creation of a cultural center in collaboration with publishers offers the opportunity to utilize the former parking volume beneath the association’s offices. The project includes an exhibition gallery with direct access from the street, a meeting room, a recording studio, a lounge, and a 100-seat auditorium.
This auditorium is designed like an egg (with a wooden shell) emerging from the basement, with ancillary functions unfolding around it: exhibition space above, adjacent bar/lounge. Like a visible event from the street, the egg intrigues and creates an attraction from the street.
