Regaïa is part of the revitalization of the southern area of the Deux Lions district. Inspired by the concept of a polder, the project aims to create a safe and welcoming space that embraces and enhances the presence of nature through a compact master plan that reduces soil sealing and opens up a generous and inhabitable courtyard at the heart of the block.

The buildings, sober and rational in design, are composed of a concrete base on the ground floor and timber frame construction on the upper levels. The project carries strong environmental ambitions (RE2025 and RE2028), through the use of bio-based materials (wood, straw insulation, etc.) and by optimizing sunlight exposure and natural ventilation (with dual- or multi-aspect apartments).

The outdoor loggia spaces enhance residents’ comfort by providing private, usable extensions to the living spaces while minimizing direct views between units.

Lively public spaces, along with enhanced soft mobility pathways and shared facilities, encourage community life within the neighborhood.
